Welcome to Oxford University Table Tennis Club.
Whether you’re new to table tennis or have been playing for years you will find a home at OUTTC.
For advanced players we provide elite support in aspects such as nutrition, psychology, fitness and injury prevention & management. Members enjoy structured training sessions run by captains and the committee as well as the chance to represent the university in our high profile matches throughout the year: BUCS Individuals and BUCS League, Town vs Gown and of course the infamous Varsity Match against Cambridge. Socials take place each term and frequently team dinners happen spontaneously after training. The team spirit at OUTTC is what sets us apart as a club.
For beginners/intermediate players we provide two sessions per week hosted by members of the squad to give you some coaching and help with your technique. But, if you prefer to just show up with some friends and have a knock, that’s quite okay too! Sessions are relaxed and friendly and there is no obligation to stay for the whole session, it’s drop in-drop out. There is also a Colleges’ League to enter with or against your friends if you have a competitive streak in you. We’re looking to expand our club to create a new development squad so keep your eyes peeled for new opportunities!
For players keen to improve we have started a development squad. Here, you can benefit from an extra structured session with dedicated coaching from squad players, get opportunities to play in the universities BUCS competitions and train with squad members to further improve your game.

All sessions are held at The Old Sports Hall, Iffley Road Sports centre. If you go to the reception by the Rosenblatt swimming pool, they’ll be able to give you directions.
